We currently offer lessons in many set locations across London, if you would like to book in a location not listed simply contact us and we can arrange. If you are looking to book outside of these areas you may be asked to commit to a 2+ hour lesson.

Meanwhile Gardens Skatepark

We currently hold our morning skatepark lessons at Meanwhile Gardens Skate Park. Meanwhile gardens is famed for it's historic place in London's skate scene and is one of the oldest Skateparks in the country. The skate park comprises of three bowls each slightly more steep than the last with the most popular part of the park being the smaller mellow bowl which is often used as a mini ramp. There is also a limited amount of space of open flat land to learn on as well. 

We recommend that lessons at meanwhile gardens take place in the mornings so other riders of the park can continue to use the park in the afternoons.  We also strongly recommend that riders be of an appropriate level of experience and confidence before going to a skatepark, this is to ensure safety of the learner and the safety of of riders using the park.

The Albert Memorial - Kensington Gardens

We currently hold our non skatepark lessons at the Albert Memorial in Kensington Gardens. The Albert Memorial offers a big open space for beginners to learn not only the basics of skating and the beginnings of tricks but also awareness of others and skills which are vital for progression.

We recommend that learners at the very beginning of their journey book in here to gain the experience and confidence needed to progress.

 

  

Queens Park

Queens Park and the neighbouring Tiverton Green in Northwest London make for great non skatepark lessons. Queens Park is a big park in North West London and is known for its family friendly activities and environment. 

With only flatland on offer, we recommend that learners at the very beginning of their journey book in here to gain the experience and confidence needed to progress before moving on to a skatepark. 

Roundwood Park Skatepark

Roundwood Park a Skatepark is one of the few Skateparks in NW London, with different shaped ramps, a bowl, small street obsticles it offers something for skaters of all levels to learn.

Battersea Park

We have expanded our non skatepark lessons to the southwest in Battersea Park. Battersea Park offers a big open space for beginners to learn not only the basics of skating and the beginnings of tricks but also awareness of others and skills which are vital for progression.

We recommend that learners at the very beginning of their journey book in here to gain the experience and confidence needed to progress.

Bishops Park Skatepark

Bishops Park Skatepark is a great skatepark for learning, surrounded by a large open flat space the skatepark is made up of a small Bowl and banks for learning transition and ramps, a small ledge for grinds and some wooden ramps for getting air. 

Custom Locations
 

At Best Foot Forward we will always try our best to accommodate requests for bookings to the best of our ability and often travel to custom locations. We may be able to travel to you or to a location of your choice but please be aware that you may be asked to commit to a 2+hour booking if the booking is far from our area, these requests will also be reviewed on a case by case basis.
